On Thursday 29 April was the touched Coming, Study 2010 played on the forecourt of the University of the Republic. was organized by the Universidad de la República , PROGRESA, the FEUU and Municipality of Montevideo, with support from INJU.
The objective of this seminar is to welcome the new generation, performing every year since 2008. It discloses every service the activities for young people from throughout the Republic have a more global vision of the university to which they belong.
After the presentations, activities and recreational games, talks and bands played Punkz, La Selassie, Nemesis, Cornerbeef, The Last of the Ramones and change the Bible.
The School of Nursing had a stake in the stand by educational activities relating to "Prevention of sexually transmitted diseases," cardiopulmonary resuscitation "(among others) and health oversight activities: identification of blood pressure, blood sugar, weight / height and the respective guidance as to identify risk factors.
But as "a picture is worth a thousand words .............." are some pictures illustrating our activities, among which we highlight the Rector of the University, Dr. Rodrigo Arocena nesting by example the importance of monitoring health and preventive action for the early detection of disease.
